Job Role: Sales Executive – Telecalling

What You Will Do

  • Call people from the contact list (leads) provided by our company.
  • Explain our travel and tour packages in detail (price, destinations, dates, inclusions).
  • Convince customers to book trips with us.
  • Consult customers confidently and guide them in choosing the right package.
  • Follow up with interested customers who have not booked yet.
  • Maintain records of calls and bookings using MS Excel and other basic tools.
  • Assist in digital brand marketing and promotion through social media.

Work Details

  • Work Hours: 6 hours per day (strict timings, no flexibility).
  • Work Location: Can be done from home.
  • Requirements: Laptop and mobile phone with good internet connection.
  • Daily Team Meeting: Mandatory from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM every day.
  • Weekly Off: Wednesday.
  • Sunday: Half day work.
  • Discipline: Strict team discipline and company management rules must be followed by all executives.

Skills & Knowledge Needed

  • Basic MS Excel and computer operation skills.
  • Ability to use social media for marketing and promotion.
  • Slight knowledge of India’s major tourism destinations.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and Odia (English is an advantage).
  • Ability to talk confidently with customers and clearly explain our services.

Pay & Targets

  • Incentive-based pay – the more bookings you make, the more you earn.
  • To qualify for a fixed salary, you must make at least 10 confirmed bookings per month.
  • If you do not meet this target, you will only get incentive pay for your bookings.
  • Salary will be discussed after the online interview and may be lower if you are a fresher.

Agreement & Benefits

  • 6-month work agreement is compulsory.
  • Internship Certificate in Sales and Business Development will be awarded to all members who complete the full 6 months. This certificate will be helpful for your future career opportunities.

Who Can Apply

  • Minimum education: 12th pass (Graduates welcome).
  • Must be comfortable using MS Excel, basic computer functions, and social media.
  • Must have at least a slight knowledge of Indian tourist places.
  • Confident communication and consultation skills.
  • Sales or telecalling experience is a plus but not necessary (training will be provided).
